Clifton Palmarocchi was a Manticoran citizen and a member of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.

Holding the rank of Master Sergeant, he served as the senior noncommissioned officer of Alpha Company in HMS Rigel's Marine detachment. (HH12)
