Chong Chin-Ri[1] was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy.
Holding the rank of Admiral, he served as the commanding officer of Task Force 11 during Operation Thunderbolt, his flagship at the time being RHNS New Republic. He retook the Thetis System in the Second Battle of Thetis. (HH10)
