Castillo was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Biography[]

Holding the rank of Captain in the early 1540s PD, he served as the commanding officer of the destroyer HMS Phoenix. When one of his assistant tactical officers, Lieutenant Travis Long, wrote up the nephew of a powerful admiral for sloppy work, Castillo reprimanded Long and had him transferred to the light cruiser HMS Casey soon after.
