Bryce Tarkovsky was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Marine Corps.
Holding the rank of Major, he worked in Marine Intelligence keeping an eye on the involvement of senior Navy officers with special interests, particularly in the Protectorates, and he was an acquaintance of Captain Daud al-Fanudahi. (HH13)
