Brad Kempthorne was a Mesan citizen and a soldier of the Mesan Internal Security Directorate.
In 1922 PD, he was in command of the 2nd Section, 2nd Platoon, 17th Regiment. Five of his twelve troopers were killed when they attacked a seccy district in the aftermath of the alleged Audubon Ballroom terrorist attacks that were part of the Mesan Alignment. (CS3)
