The Board Chairman of the Maxwell Association was the head of government of the Maxwell Association in the Maxwell System.
As of 1922 PD, the office was held by Joan Kubrick, a descendant of a Mesan Alpha line and a member of the inner circle of the Mesan Alignment. She orchestrated the Association's part in the Alignment's plan to destabilize the Solarian League and bring the Renaissance Factor to power. (HH12)
