The Bichet Tower was a building in the Havenite capital city of Nouveau Paris.
At some point in the 19th Century PD, a high-speed transit capsule crashed into the tower at about 180 kilometers per hour, killing several hundred passengers, including Gabrielle Pritchart, the mother of future president Eloise Pritchart. (OSH)
