Bianca Polanco was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy.
Holding the rank of Captain, she served as the commanding officer of the superdreadnought PNS Timoleon. She was killed when her ship was destroyed in the People's Navy attack on the Elric System. (HH9)
