The Battle of Casca was an armed engagement between elements of the Royal Manticoran Navy and the People's Navy before the onset of the First Havenite-Manticoran War that occured in the neutral Casca System as part of the Havenite Operation Perseus.

While the exact cause of the battle remained uncertain, the actual confrontation between combatants was short with each side exchanging long-range missile fire before the Havenites withdrew. (HH3)

Aftermath[]

The battle and other Havenite provocations as part of Operation Perseus pushed the Cascans to rescind their neutrality and join the Manticoran Alliance. (HH5)
