Banner was a Havenite citizen and an enlisted soldier with the People's Marines.
In 1903 PD, Banner was assigned to PNS Saladin. After "Code: Bounty Four-One" was announced by Captain Alfredo Yu, he went with Major Joseph Bryan and secured the boat bay with Corporal Marlin; he left on one of the vessel's pinnaces. (HH2)
