Armand Challon was a New Tuscan citizen and politician.
Around 1921 PD, he served as Deputy Minister of War. However his shrewish and vindictive nature, combined with a penchant for gossip meant that he was kept far away from important secrets. He was named to his position only because of the influence of his father, Victor Challon. (SI2)
