Allen Mannock was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Holding the rank of Vice Admiral, he served as Seventh Space Lord of the RMN and Surgeon General of the Star Kingdom of Manticore around 1920 PD. (HH9, HH11)
