The Advanced Tactical Course building, or Advanced Tactical Center, was the facility of the Royal Manticoran Naval Academy where the Advanced Tactical Course for command level officers was held.
The building was located on the main campus on Saganami Island, and was nearly a school to itself, with its own exclusive staff, simulator equipment, and Commandant. (HH1)
