Adrian Luff († 1921 PD) was a Havenite native and a senior officer of the People's Navy in Exile.
Luff had no command experience in the People's Navy before becoming a command officer in the SSNF.
In 1921 PD, he was killed when his flagship was destroyed in the Second Battle of Congo. (CS2)
