The 70 Virginis System was a yellow dwarf star system approximately 59 light years from the Sol System.
By the 19th Century PD, it was part of the Solarian League and contained a lot of heavy industry. Astral Energetics, Ltd developed the first laser head missile system there. (HHA5.4: AItMSAD)
